L’agence Express Union de Mbangassina a été victime ce dimanche 16 août 2014, d’une attaque perpétrée par quatre individus non identifiés dont une femme.
La ville de Mbangassina est encore sous le choc, après le braquage spectaculaire qui s’est opéré hier vers 16 heures. Trois hommes et une femme sont actuellement en fuite. Les assaillants munis d’armes à feu, ont débarqué à l’agence Express Union pendant que le personnel était en plein service. Ils ont pris le soin de ligoter soigneusement le chef d’agence, la caissière et le vigile. Tout s’est passé sous le regard impuissant des usagers complètement tétanisés.
Après cette opération de neutralisation, les bandits se sont employés à vider la caisse. Selon des témoignages, une somme de 17 millions de FCFA a été emportée par les malfrats. C’est à bord d’une voiture de marque Toyota Carina que les malfaiteurs ont fondu dans la nature. Alertés, le sous-préfet et les forces de l’ordre se sont mobilisés pour retrouver les traces des braqueurs. Jusqu’à présent leurs efforts n’ont pas encore abouti. Mais cependant une enquête a été ouverte pour faire la lumière sur l’attaque de ce week-end.
